Blue Magic

In March 1973, Blue Magic, a Philadelphia based R&B vocal group consisting of Keith Beaton, Theodore Mills, Richard Pratt, Wendell Sawyer and Vernon Sawyer landed their first hit on Billboard's singles chart with “Spell.”
The following year they wowed the Pop and R&B genre with "Sideshow."
From 1973 to 1975, Blue Magic released three albums that produced 11 hit singles.
Blue Magic still performs to packed audiences and epitomize the Philadelphia Sound.
Three original band members remain in the group - Keith Beaton, Wendell Sawyer and Vernon Sawyer.
